veryone wants to feel energised, inspired and full of life, but it’s hard to feel that way when you’re fatigued and
in pain, and navigating all of the information out there on health and wellbeing is a full-time job.

I understand, having devoted three years to investigating chronic fatigue.

Through a strategic approach, I was able to systematically resolve each of my symptoms.

…Including debilitating fatigue, drowsiness, muscle aches, joint pain, shaking hands, depression-like state, dizziness, blurred vision, brain fog, thin, weak hair and multiple food intolerances.

 

 

At the time, I didn’t know I had endometriosis left to resolve – I just thought I had excruciatingly bad period pain.

Nevertheless, I got to work figuring out why. By the time I received my official diagnosis (a decade in the making), I already had my endometriosis under control through a natural approach – and this gave me my life back.

When I would normally be curled up in pain or too wiped out to do anything, I’ve gone climbing, caving, white water rafting and even trekking in the Himalayas.

I created The Endo Diet as a way of sharing what I’ve learned in the hopes it will help you.

Our aim

To be a leading resource hub on managing endometriosis holistically through a natural approach. We have so much to share! This is just the beginning.

Our approach 

We are a progressive, action-orientated blog. We’re here to move the needle. That said, all of the information on this site is just that, information. We’re not here to tell you what to do, just share ways in which you can nourish yourself, physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.

Our Facebook group has connected hundreds of women with endometriosis as is open to anyone wishing to learn more about a natural approach endometriosis.

We are currently working on a recipe book and a dietician-approved meal plan. We hope these will make your life easier.

This site and our resources are ever-evolving. As we mentioned, this is just the beginning, so keep popping back and visiting us!

A little about us

I (Chloe) live on the edge of Dartmoor, Devon, England, with my husband (official Recipe Tester) and my springer spaniel Cam (official Happiness Advocate).

I’ve worked remotely for most of my adult life, managing a popular raw food blog and previously working as a coach-consultant for an online business school.

My most recent appointment, (for which I received the offer serendipitously at the time of writing, in fact), is an independant contractor with Red School who teach menstruality consciousness.

 

 

I’m a lifelong student and pour all of that in my work here. Some of my current studies include mindfulness, holistic pain management, therapeutic yoga, herbalism, nutrition and the menstrual cycle.

My mum, Karen, is my self-care expert. She’s a holistic healthcare practitioner, laser and LED light therapist and founder of the Total Me Time system.

I’ve very grateful to have had the upbringing she gave me and I have received much of my knowledge through osmosis!

 

She will be here guiding us through creating your “me time moments”, adding self-care rituals into your day and following relaxation techniques.

Meghan Leah is the registered dietician who I am consulting with for The Endo Diet meal plans.

She is a Mind Body Dietician with a holistic approach to healing mind, body and spirit.

 

Ethos

I care about the environment. I care about education. I care about living this one life I have and helping others to do the same.

I believe to get more fulfilment out of life you need to more give back, and what better way to do this than help protect our natural world.
